$185 million , above the mid-point of our guidance range communicated in May; - Gross margin of 13.9% on a GAAP basis and 14.5% on a non‑GAAP basis;

We are a leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components primarily for semiconductor capital equipment, as well as other industries such as defense/aerospace and medical.
